Service Description
Learn the fundamentals of pole dance & pole fitness in this 4-week series for total beginners. Absolutely no dance experience necessary! In this introductory class, students will learn a variety of beginner pole moves, spins, & combinations, and will start to learn to climb the pole. Class is an hour and 15 minutes, allowing plenty of time for a head-to-to warm up, floorwork, pole fitness conditioning exercises, and pole dance tricks & combos.
